How long does it take for my notes to be approved?
Most submissions are reviewed within 1–3 days. You can track the status anytime from My submissions in your dashboard.
My course or subject is not listed. What should I do?
Choose "Course or subject missing" in the form, or use the Raise a request button on the upload page. The admin team will add it if it fits the platform.
How do download credits work?
New accounts get free download credits, and you earn an extra credit every time a note you upload is approved.
Can I edit or delete a note after submitting it?
Yes. Pending submissions can be edited or deleted from My submissions. For a published note, contact us and we will help.
